What are the dimensions of the Parish Hall?
The Parish Hall offers approximately 4,800 sq ft (446 m²) of open event space, with dimensions of 49 ft 10 in x 98 ft 4 in (≈ 15.2 m x 30.0 m). The layout is fully flexible and can be customized to suit your event.
What is the capacity of the hall?
The maximum capacity depends on the layout configuration:

425 guests – loose chair seating

400 guests – rectangular tables and chairs

300 guests – round tables and chairs

315 guests – dance or open-floor setup
All capacities comply with fire code regulations.
Where is the Parish Hall located?
The hall is located at 285 Albert Street, Arnprior, Ontario, with convenient access and ample free parking for guests.
What are the rental hours?
The hall is available from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on the day of your event.
Optional early setup (from 5:00 p.m. the day before) and next-day tear-down may be arranged, subject to availability and additional fees.
Can we host a wedding ceremony at the hall?
No. In accordance with Parish guidelines, wedding ceremonies are not permitted in the hall. However, the space is ideal for wedding receptions and celebrations.
Is alcohol allowed at events?
Yes. Alcohol service is permitted but must comply with AGCO regulations.
A liquor licence must be obtained through the Arnprior Columbus Club, and a licensed bar team will manage service during the event.
Is insurance required?
Yes. Renters must provide $5,000,000 CAD liability insurance for the event.

What is included in the rental?
The base rental typically includes:

Can we use the kitchen?
Yes. A fully equipped kitchen is available.
Use of the stove and kitchen facilities is subject to an additional fee and must follow all facility guidelines.
What are the cleaning responsibilities?
Renters are responsible for:

Removing all personal items and decorations
The hall must be left in the same condition as received to ensure the return of the damage deposit.
How does key access work?
Keys are provided once all requirements are completed, including:

Keys must be returned the same night unless prior arrangements have been made.
What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund within 24 hours of booking (if event is not within 48 hours)

Are there any restrictions on events?

Do I need to provide a floor plan?

Yes. A floor plan must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
